Hahah I think god really hated my old Acura Integra, because it's been stolen again. On the flipside the officer that took my report was really nice and said that becoming a police officer is much more bitching than being a highschool teacher, which he used to be. His starting salary as a cop was 65,000 a year... money.. money ... money November 23, 2004 11:25 PM Today at work I was doing some time wasting at my lab bench when Dr. Qiu one of the organic chemists at work turns around from his fume hood and sets down his chemical that smells like butt and asks me, "Hey Jon, do you believe in Fate?" At the time I was just thinking. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT AWFUL BUTT SMELL *SNIFF SNIFF* IS IT ME?!" But then the question kinda hit me... what is fate. That no matter what we do a certain outcome will occur. That no matter what I do I'll die 16 years from now in a car accident. I could take all the precations and refuse to ride in automobiles but somehow I'll end up dying in 16 years. Even bigger question is.. if you knew that you would die in 16 years from a car accident.. would you stop driving? If you knew you were to die within 5 years... from some form of car accident would you give up driving entirely... hmmm.. I probably wouldn't. But then again.. I'm an idiot. Back to Fate. If Fate were a real thing... then no matter how hard we worked or how lazy we were we'd end up at the same place at the end. This blows me away. I don't even want to think about Fate as a possibility. I don't want to think about all the time I spent studying or working hard. To me, if that were all in vain... man... well that'd bum me out something fierce. But in the end... there's really no point whether you believe in Fate or not. Either way you'll have to continue with your life and try your hardest.... ugh... damn I wish I was fated to win the lottery... or fated to get a job where attendance was optional... or fated.... well hahah let's just stop there shall we.. Have a great turkey day break! November 22, 2004 11:00 PM Me and Sarah just had a dance off. And I think I was just served. hahaha no but seriously we just had a spontaneous dance off. Unfortunately my shaky limb and robot were no match for Sarah's Hip Hop training. Sarah brough home these "Beat Blender" toys that her company sells. They basically play little clips of music and beats that you can mix and match. Then you put together a set. I gotta say it's pretty bitching and annoying all at the same time. NOW I CHALLENGE YOU TO DANCING! November 22, 2004 2:38 AM Me: Hey Michelle is Shyam's post on his page funny? November 22, 2004 1:33 AM All I can say is wow.... WOW.... That's was definately the Big Game parties to end all Big Game parties. Walking up to Kerem's Place and hearing them from a block away was my first clue that this one was going to the best one yet. Tack on the fact that this was all happening at 8:45 AM on a Saturday morning BIG GAME #6 was on... at the breaka' breaka' dawn. The previous night we had bought an airhorn, a small christmas tree, and a length of rope to make a noose for the tree. Along with the Megaphone that Mo had brought we were making some serious noise. I'll post the pictures and video from the hate when I round up all the sources. Cal beat Stanfurd 41-6! A sound horsepounding. And now we're smelling roses for New Years Day! Kerem's Place was completely trashed. By the time we got back from the game there were a bunch of random ass people trashing Kerem's place. His toilet was broke and his whole place was stampeded. Some random guy in a suit had gotten up and told Kerem's friend's parents that, "Dude, your wife is hot!" Today, "the day after," Kerem has most of his apartment back to normal. HAHA except for he find a random tomato behind his desk. Just sitting there and slightly squishy. I'm still tired and sore from the party. Michelle took a great picture of me and Matt where we were so tired we passed out on Kerem's floor after the game.
